Well you know how it goes in life... didn't find the time, motivation, or energy to reach my goal. But for the past month I've been working out pretty hard. I got motivated by the opportunity to play in an open-age tournament with the school team I coach. I've cut down on my eating and redirected a few pounds. I dunked a shirt the other day, still need 6 more inches! It is really difficult to get the weight off and I am nursing my aches and pains. The two main injuries are some right knee swelling and a right foot that's stiff in the mornings. But I am excited! Last week I started slapping the backboard on layups with a great deal of effort.
I've got 7 months left! If I don't fight through it now, I will have to change it to the 51 Dunk Project!
